Mach Combat
Simulators include double-seat static trainers (pilot and co-pilot). The cockpits consist of F-18 Hornets. Each flight takes about 15 minutes, including pre-flight brief. During the flight time pilots will be engaged in basic aircraft maneuvering, Top Gun exercises, dogfighting, and an occasional navigational exercise. The ground controller will then call the pilot and he/she will be instructed to complete multiple touch and go landings, and if the pilot is qualified, the pilot will do a final simulated landing aboard an aircraft carrier. Flights are $20 dollars for one person and $25 for two people (pilot/co-pilot). For rates and more information, call Mach Combat at (619) 398-8277.
Restrictions: Must be at least 42" tall to ride.
