Limited Time Only – Midway’s Discounted Group Days

From January 1, 2012 through February 29, 2012 the Midway is offering a discount on our group rates:

$10 Adult
$8 Youth

You only pay for the number of guests that arrive that day! One complimentary Group Leader for every 10 youth paid. Prices valid from January 1, 2012 through February 29, 2012.

(For school group tour information and reservations, click here.)  Midway does not have a call center.  Reservations can be made from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.  All messages left will be returned within 24 business hours. If you prefer, fax your group reservation request! Click here. Group reservations are required three days in advance (no walk-ups). Groups without an advance reservation will pay the regular admission rate. Dates are subject to availability so please have optional dates ready when calling. A single payment for the entire group must be made upon arrival. No deposit or money is required to make a group reservation. Should your group number change the day of your arrival, as long as the group minimum (10 or more) is met, there will be no penalties. You only pay for the number of guests that arrive that day! Groups of Ten or More

Midway offers discounts for self-guided audio tours for groups of 10 or more.  Per-person group rates are:

• $14 adult
• $11 seniors (62+)
• $8 youth (ages 6-17)

You only pay for the number of guests that arrive that day! One complimentary Group Leader for every 10 youth or Senior paid. Prices valid through December 31, 2011.

 Docent Tours

Our Volunteer Docent Staff offers a one - hour Docent led tour for Museum guests.  Our Docent staff is strictly volunteer, therefore times and days are limited and non-negotiable.  The docent selects the areas that will be toured based on the size of the group and space availability. Guests are free to tour the remainder of the Midway once done with the Docent led tour.  Additionally, they can take advantage of the self-guided audio tour narrated by Midway sailors.

Rate includes the docent tour, as well as regular admission to the Museum on the same day as the tour. Tour payment must be received no later than two weeks prior to the date of the tour. We accept checks, cash, Visa, American Express and MasterCard. Reservations are required and must be made at least two weeks in advance.  Docent tours are non-refundable, cancellations must be made two weeks in advance.  Rates valid through 12-31-11.
