Frequently Asked Questions
When do the gates open?
6:30 PM. For safety and liability reasons, personal belongings cannot be brought aboard in advance.
Can I bring chairs and blankets?
Yes, you can bring small chairs and blankets. There will be no seating available.
What about food and beverages for sale?
We will have British food and snacks available for purchase, as well as alcoholic beverages for purchase.
Can I bring food and beverages?
No, unfortunately all food and beverages must be purchased on ship.
Can I stay aboard from a daytime visit?
For safety and clean-up reasons, no. All daytime guests must exit and be re-admitted at 6:30 PM.
What about parking?
The ACE parking lot on Navy Pier will be open all day and evening. Paid parking rates apply. We encourage public transportation. We’re a 5-minute walk from the Broadway/Amtrak trolley station (American Plaza and Santa Fe Depot). Parking rates are:
$5 up to 1 hour
$8 for up to 4 hours
$10 for up to 10 hours
$12 for up to 12 hours

First come, first served starting at 6:30 PM.
