When will tickets go on sale?

Tickets go on sale Sept. 13, 2023, at 11 a.m. (PDT)

HOW MUCH ARE THE TICKETS FOR THE EVENT?

$20 for general admission and all ages are welcome at this family fun event. Children age 3 and under are free and do not require a ticket.

There is a 10-ticket maximum per transaction.

DO MIDWAY MUSEUM MEMBERS GET A DISCOUNT?

Yes, Circle Level Members get 20% off when purchasing general admission tickets for the Haunted Hangar Halloween Bash! Not a member? Sign up here!

Can I get a refund on my ticket if I am unable to attend?

No. Tickets are nonrefundable.

Can a cell phone be used to show proof of ticket purchase?

No. Your tickets must be printed for admission.

WHAT TYPE OF ACTIVITIES WILL BE AT THE EVENT?

CAN I WEAR A COSTUME TO THE EVENT?

Yes! Costume attire is encouraged! Costumes must be family friendly, safe, and should not be obstructive, violent, offensive, lewd, reference political subject matter, or have weapon looking props.

WILL THERE BE FOOD/DRINK OPTIONS AVAILABLE FOR SALE?

Yes. There will be an assortment of concessions available for purchase. Midway’s Beverage Services will also offer magic potions (alcoholic drinks) and non-alcoholic drinks.

IF I HAVE A TICKET AND WILL VISIT MIDWAY DURING THE DAY, CAN I STAY ONBOARD UNTIL THE EVENT BEGINS?

No. A separate ticket is required. All daytime museum guests must exit the ship at 5 p.m. The museum will reopen at 6:00 p.m. only for those with event tickets.

CAN A TICKET BE TRANSFERRED TO A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER IF I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND?

Yes. Please make sure everyone has their ticket in advance. Also make sure you provide them with all communications from us regarding the event.

ARE ELEVATORS AVAILABLE TO BOARD THE SHIP?

Yes, passenger elevators are available for wheelchair usage and guests with difficulty climbing stairs. To ease the process and eliminate additional waiting time, we request that only one caregiver accompany the elevator user. The rest of the group may use the other designated entrance locations.

WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION?

Parking is very limited along the waterfront. Guests are encouraged to take public transportation or ride share services to avoid parking and traffic issues. For more information about directions and parking, click here.

Bag Policy

To ensure our guests’ safety and to get all guests onboard as quickly as possible, please review the following safety measures:

What is permitted onboard?

  • Bags, backpacks, purses, tote bags, diaper bags that are no larger than 14” X 14” X 6”
  • All plastic water bottles must have a factory seal intact
  • Strollers and wheelchairs, only if appropriately occupied by an individual
  • Service animals are permitted.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to the following:

What is prohibited onboard?

  • You may NOT bring food or drinks on board for this event. Only factory-sealed water bottles will be permitted.
  • The USS Midway is a non-smoking facility, no cigarettes including e-cigarettes are allowed.
  • You may NOT bring reusable water containers, opened water bottles, alcohol, or glass containers of any kind.
  • You may NOT bring briefcases, luggage, wagons, inflatable or bean-bag seating, unoccupied strollers, or wheelchairs.
