Distance Learning Reservation Request Form

• We are currently accepting bookings for the 2022-23 school year.
• Live broadcasts are available for Gr. 2, Gr. 3, and Gr. 4/5 programs.
• Gr. 6-8 Introduction to Computer Science is available for Asynchronous learning only.

Thanks to a generous scholarship provided by our corporate partners, Midway is excited to offer our Distance Learning program free of charge.

In order to provide you with our Distance Learning Module, we need you to complete the Reservation Request form. If you are making this request for more than one teacher please provide the names of each teacher, their email address, their mobile phone number and the number of students in each of their classes.

Once the request has been received you will receive an email requesting a brief phone conversation with the Education Reservation Coordinator to finalize the necessary arrangements.
