Student & Youth Groups Admission

For Teachers & Youth Leaders

Midway’s Education Department offers an exclusive discount on admission for school groups, home schools, youth groups, scout groups, summer and/or day camp programs, after-school programs, ROTC groups, college groups and other youth groups with 10 or more students.

This rate provides admission to the Midway during normal museum hours (10 am – 5 pm, last admission at 4 pm), and access to Midway’s Self-Guided Audio Tour.

Reservations must be made for your group at least one week in advance. Groups must be no less than 10 students/youth, no exceptions. 

Chaperones are required. At least one chaperone for every ten students. 

Please note: The above Reservation Forms include dates that appear in light grey. These dates are black out dates for this discounted admission offer and therefore are unable to be selected. Groups may still visit the ship, however normal museum rates apply. If you need to come on a date that is blacked out Click here to purchase Group Tickets at the normal museum rate. The USS Midway Museum is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Prepayment is required for all Saturday reservations by credit card. All other payments must be made the day of your visit. Midway’s Ticket Booth accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Travelers’ Checks. Purchase orders are accepted with advanced approval, please call 619-398-8271 for details and restrictions. Program fees are subject to change without notice up until reservation date.
