Leadership Program

Tailored for high school groups, USS Midway Museum's innovative Leadership ARCH Workshop will challenge participants to think critically and to act quickly, but with intention. Through interactive and dialogue-based activities, students will balance ego with teamwork, evaluate difficult decisions and handle their outcomes, and embrace failure as a steppingstone to success.

This workshop, supported by the Flying Midshipmen Endowment Fund, is built to provide real life, practical strategies for personal and academic growth, and to empower students to thrive as leaders both in and out of the classroom.

Cost: $35 per student, includes access to the USS Midway Museum afterwards

Location: USS Midway Museum, Midway University

Time: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Parking:

Parking is located on Navy Pier adjacent to the USS Midway Museum. Owned by the Port of San Diego and managed by Ace Parking, this lot is for passenger vehicles only; no RV parking is permitted. Parking rates are generally between $10 and $20, subject to change at the discretion of Ace Parking and the Port of San Diego. Parking rates generally increase for special events and holidays.

School buses are not permitted to park on the Pier.
