Breakfast and Luncheons
Plan your next gathering for breakfast or lunch in one of our four iconic event locations.
Hanger Bay One
- Availability: Breakfast only. 7:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
- Occupancy: 75 guests minimum to 200 maximum
- Features: 66" rounds with 10 white folding chairs each. American Flag backdrop.
Flight Deck-Center Island
- Availability: Breakfast: 7:00 a.m.-9:30 a.m. Lunch: 11:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
- Occupancy: 75 guests minimum to 200 maximum
- Features: 66" rounds with 10 white folding chairs each. Iconic "41" backdrop and city views.
Elevator (3) Three
- Availability: Breakfast: 7:00 a.m.-9:30 a.m. Lunch: 11:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. *Select dates.
- Occupancy: 50 guests minimum to 150 maximum
- Features: Existing bistro style seating or 66" rounds of 10 with white folding chairs. Outdoor non-covered patio overlooking the San Diego-Coronado Bridge.
Forward Sponson
- Availability: Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Lunch: 11:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
- Occupancy: 10 guests minimum to 30 maximum
- Features: Existing bistro-style seating or 66" rounds of 10 with white folding chairs.
Board Meetings
Host your next small meeting in our restored aviation meeting rooms, located just below the Flight Deck. Available Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for up to 30 guests.
USS Langley Conference Room
- Occupancy: Fixed boardroom style table for 30 people
- Features: A/V, Internet, six (6) wall-mounted monitors, telephone conferencing, notepads/pens, water service
USS Ranger Conference Room
- Occupancy: Classroom style for 30 people
- Features: A/V, Internet, two (2) large mobile monitors, notepads/pens, water service
High school Band/Choir students are invited to perform on the bow of the Flight Deck overlooking the beautiful San Diego Bay and skyline. Performance times are scheduled at 12 p.m. on available days. Band/Choir performances are not available on weekends.
Scout Award Ceremonies
Celebrate a Scout Recognition on the Flight Deck. Ceremony timeframes take place between 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. and include three (3) hours of event time. Sundays are not available.
